New York Police officers admitted they go hunting on TV shows, looking for minorities to make up their numbers of expected arrest.
The commissioner claimed they are interested in quality not quantity, however evidence showed the officers go after minorities in quantity as in an NBC news show.
A police officer said if they arrested the affluent, they will get calls from the government to stop that.
Blacks have been selectively targeted and killed in serious racial discrimination which has led to the Black Lives Matter movement in America.
A police officer said he had been making recordings from cops that proved the quota system and its racial profiling.
A law suit is in process against the police.
