The wife of the publisher of a main Nigerian newspaper, the Vanguard,- Mrs Amuka Pemu according to Pointblank news is reportedly seen in these pictures conducting a ritual murder of a little boy, supposedly to save her bedridden children. According to her statement, she conspired with her husband to perform this gruesome atrocity to save their childrens healths. Human sacrifice in Nigeria as compared to western serial murder is not done by psychopaths but done by insane individuals, more likely of higher social status, for monetary, status or other ridiculous magical gains.
Law suits
The avalanche of law suits already lined against the management and reporters of the Vanguard Newspaper is not stopping human rights activist and lawyer, Chief Giwa Amu. Chief Amu has written the Inspector-General of Police, Mr. Mike Okiro insisting that Mrs.Oyindamola Amuka-Pemu did commit murder and must be prosecuted.
This is coming as fresh pictures have now surfaced showing the allegedly murdered boy’s severed head and headless body. The pictures are already being authenticated by forensic and photographic experts contacted by Pointblanknews.com at the John Jay’s College of Criminal Justice, City University of New York, CUNY…

Several other Forensic experts have also expressed interest in assisting the Court in working on the case.
However, Chief Amu said that his recent arraignment for wrongful information to the Nigeria Police was a ploy orchestrated to scare him from providing legal representation to Mr. Steve Ugwu-Chinua who allegedly caught Mrs. Oyindamola Amuka-Pemu and her cohort in the dastardly crime of human sacrifice.
Ahead of the May 27, 2009, resumed hearing of the prosecution of his client, Mr. Ugwu-Chinua, at an Ikeja Magistrate Court, Chief Amu is asking the Inspector-General to halt the charade in which the accused was being made government witness.
In the letter dated April 30, 2009, Chief Amu said that Mrs. Amuka-Pemu did connive with her husband to sacrifice “an eleven year-old child” for rituals in order to secure healing for their bedridden child.

The matter has also been filed with the Police Complaint Commission in Abuja.
There are strong indications that at least two lawmakers may have their political careers on the line on account of their refusal to hold public hearings on the vexed issue of Police conniving with the Amuka’s to have justice miscarried.

Lagos Investigative Reporter Sues Vanguard for 40 billion Naira Demands Apology
Independent investigative Journalist, Mr. Steve Ugwu-Chinua has begun a major legal swing against the publisher of Vanguard Newspaper of Nigeria on account of being defamed and portrayed as a “Fake Journalist”. The Lagos Journalist has sued Pemu-Amuka, the paper’s editors and eight reporters for an unprecedented forty billion Naira.
Mr. Ugwu-Chinua is the courageous Nigerian reporter who allegedly witnessed the ritual killing of a yet to be identified young boy, in Ikorodu, Lagos. The painful exposure of the alleged killing of the innocent boy became an immediate reason for Mr. Amuka to deploy the arsenals of his one-time influential newspaper, the Vanguard and its Journalists for massive campaign of calumny and character assassination against Mr. Ugwu- Chinua, his Lawyer, Chief Giwa Amu and pointblanknews.com.
In a suit filled at the Lagos High Court, Mr. Ugwu Chinua is tendering his professional qualifications which include a Diploma Certificate in Journalism and an Advanced Diploma Certificate in Journalism from Times Journalism Institute, TJI, a Letter of accreditation issued by the Federal Ministry of Police Affairs, and a Times Institute of Journalism Alumni letter.
Mr. Ugwu Chinua is praying for “perpetual restraining order” against all parties involved in the smear campaign being run by the Vanguard Newspapers.

The people that took the photos,manipulated them to make it appear as if the childs head had been severed. The child is alive and very well! His father is infact a film producer. They were trying to blackmail the Amuka-Pemus for millions of dollars,but did not succeed and have been caught!

But whether the Photographer was involved or not is a secondary issue.The main issue was that a woman was captured holding some one's head while in a ritual wrapper and the lifeless body of the same person was seen on the floor.My question is this-Does that mean that the entire police force,Juges,NGO,Human right activist,Journalist.etc in our country are corrupt or itellectually lazy to this extent?.I still have my doubt that this type of case would be swept under the carpet.LET US ALL REMEMBER THAT……………..
This is a very horrible scene. The deed is shameful and very barbaric. You see, we are still in the age where man was in the state of nature. No laws to govern our actions. what is voodoo? How could sane people condone this act and even perpetrate it. Its awful and shameful. Indeed the culprits should also be removed from civilisation and shown her way back to the nether world just in the same manner she did to that little boy. Shame on all of you.
